Minimalistic, Bauhaus side table B9 designed by Marcel Breuer for Tecta, originally designed in 1925/26. The B9 can be both used as sidetable or stool and was used by Walter Gropius to furnish the cafeteria of the Bauhaus building in Dessau.
This one is produced by Tecta in the 1980’s under license of the Bauhaus Archive. The Tecta B9 is no longer in production.
The Tecta version has a tubular frame that is not chromed, but nickeled like some of the early versions.
The side table is in a good vintage condition. See all images for a good impression.
