Set of 6 ‘Spaghetti’ chairs – model 131 – Giandomenico Belotti for Alias, Italy, 1980s

Rare set of 6 so called ‘Spaghetti’ chairs, designed by Giandomenico Belotti for Alias, italy, 1980s. This model (nr 131) is remarkable and rare because of its armrests which have a curved shape close to the backrest. Its metal frame has a nice grey colour, the pvc filaments that make up the seat and backrest are black. The chairs are stackable.

The chairs are in an excellent condition, only some traces of wear of the grey lacker, where the armrests have touched the table. They are strong and stable. See all images.
