Set of 3 ceramic objects made by Dutch ceramist Hannie Mein: two different ‘piques-fleurs’ (bloemenstekers) and a waxine-light holder. Beautiful decor of flowers and circles with differents shades of blue/green.
Hannie Mein is a well-known artist with a very recognizable style. She is mostly known for her pottery and unica in a naif, stilistic style. In 1988 Mein was one of the initiators and founders of the ‘Stichting Keramisten Noord Nederland (SKN). Since 2005 There is a ‘Hannie Mein Art prize’ for ceramic artists from Oost and Weststellingerwerf.
