Vintage design tripod ‘rocket’ floorlamp, 1960s

Rare, not easy to find floorlamp made by the German Erco (attr.) in the 60s, in an original and unrestored condition.

The lamp stands on a tripod teak wooden base which gives it a minimalistic character. It ressembles a rocket, which is why this lamp is also called a rocket lamp.

The semi transparent lampshade which results in a beautiful effect when the lamp is turned on. The shade allows the light to shine evenly and warmly into the room.
The cylindrical original hood slides completely over its frame, after which just a small handle at the top of the frame remains visible.

The lamp is in a good vintage condition. Its shade has a slight deformation (not pefectly round anymore) and its shade has one tiny tear. See all images to get a good impression
