Beautiful ceramic bowl by Helle allpasse, Denmark, 1970s. This bowl has a glazed surface whilw the outside is rustic. Warm colors; green, brown lighter and darker shades.
Good condition, minimal to no signs of usage. Great Scandinavian design…

Helle Allpass (1932-2000) was an artichect as of the beginning but followed in the footsteps of pottery tradion by her father Christian Schollert and her grandfather Christian Johansen. Helle started her own business in 1964 and became very successful. She lived and worked there for the rest of her life but suffered from Parkinson as of 1996. Her last years she worked together with her daughter ane who still works as a ceramist in Copenhagen.
