Beautiful and highly comfortable lounge chair designed by Aksel Bender Madsen who worked for Bovenkamp (Dutch furniture company) in the 1950s and 1960s. Bovenkamp had asked him to help them integrate Danish craftsmanship in their furniture making.
The chair is made of teak and oak. The frame is made of oak, the armrests which go all the way along the backrest, are made of solid teak. Upholstery in beige, brown mixed wool fabric The cushion is loose and can be easily re-upholstered should one wish to.
