Hanging egg chair, “the Peanut”, design Dirk van Sliedregt, 1960s

Great authentic hanging egg chair designed by Dirk van Sliedregt in the 60s. Because of its shape this design is known as “the peanut”.  The rattan has aged beautifully over the years and is therefore multicoloured from lighter till somewhat darker coloured rattan. See all images to get a good impression. The chair is very solid, some small pieces of rattan missing but not disturbing.
