Large Art Deco, brass table or desk lamp, 1930-50s

Art DEco, brass table or desk lamp probably for the 1930’s.

Mushroom shaped lamp with a nice shade which has a top of thick ribbled glass.

Shade is being kept in place by three screws which have small ball-shaped ends. One of them is slightly smmaller than the other two.

Lamp has been checked and rewired by a professional.

Lamp holds 3 bayonet fittings.

In a good working condiiton with signs of usage and ageing. Brass has a nice patina, the wider part at the top of the stem has had some dents which have been repaired but is still shows, but far less disturbing.
