Rare model armchair, design Eugen Schmidt, Soloform, 1960s

Never seen this model armchair before. This rare model is designed by German Architect Eugen Schmidt for Soloform in the 60s. Black lackered/sprayed) fibreglass seat,back- and armrests on a frame of steel/chromed legs with black rubber floor protectors. The chair has an attribution markt underneath its seat. The cushion which is fixed (easy to get off as well) has been newly upholstered with a light grey woolmix fabric. The chair is in a good condition with only minimal signs of usage. See images.
