Set of antique chairs (after nr. 14 by Michael Thonet) manufactured by J&J Kohn, Austria

Beautiful set of two wooden chairs known as model nr. 14 designed by Michel Thonet. This one is manufactured by renowned furniture maker J&J Kohn, Austria, begin 20th century. A light weight, slim, timeless design chair but so solid at the same time.

The chairs have attribution marks underneath the seats and in the feet, a number is engraved which you do not see very often. It concerns early versions.
