Chair features two sitting positions
This set comes from its first owner who bought the Lido chairs after the war for the new house they bought. The stools date from the same period (mid 20th century) but from those items, designer/manufacturer are unknown.
Its frame has a striking silhouette and dynamic shape defined by both curved and straight lines.
Made out of tubular steel poles which are galvanized in- and outside as to be waterproof. In spite of its stiff, precise silhouette, the chairs are light weight, flexible and bouncy. Its armrestsare made of orange rope wrapped around the tubular steel frame.
The green canvas allows proper relaxation. By removing the fabric, the chairs are stackable, so to save space. All parts are authentic, so the piece is in its original condition.
