Beautiful, original, Thonet armchair. Attribution mark underneath its seat (label and stamp). Label shows it is an old version, dating from the early 1900s. This model is also documented in the catalogue of Gebrüder Thonet, Wien, and indicated as chair nr. 18 (see images).
