Vintage design pendant lamp, plissé shade, 1960s

Beautiful, pendant lamp existing of a tubular glass part with brass parts below and at the top. A large plissé shade in a beige colour.  Comes from its first owner who also had other great lamps (Italian design). This should be from the 1960s, perhaps Italian, maker and designer unknown to me.
